Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably with a law background.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, especially in External Relations in the mining industry.

Current knowledge of government regulations and laws.

Willingness to perform necessary tasks and work outside normal hours to achieve objectives.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
