B2B Sales Executive

About the role We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at PT Heksagon Tiwikrama. This full‑time position is based in Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo, East Java, Indonesia. As a B2B Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales strategy and helping our customers find the best solutions to meet their needs.

What you’ll be doing

Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities

Presenting and demonstrating our products and services to potential customers

Providing technical expertise and support to customers throughout the sales process

Collaborating with the engineering and product teams to understand product features and capabilities

Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals

Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers

What we’re looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Sales or technical sales role, preferably from a contractor company and understand East Java & East Indonesia market area

Strong technical background and understanding of

sales

products and services especially in Piping, Valve, Electrical, & Mechanical industry

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders

Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing and closing sales opportunities

Problem‑solving and analytical skills to understand customer requirements and recommend the best solutions

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Bachelor’s degree in

Engineering

or a related field

Owning vehicle & driving license and willing to do business trips
