Guest Service Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintaining guest services and front desk goals
Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention
Identifies and analyzes guest Service operational challenges and facilities the development of solutions to prevent reoccurrence
Ensure that all guest service areas have an atmosphere that is conducive to the overall guest experience
Reviews comment, guest satisfaction results and other data to identify areas of improvement
Job Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in managerial position in hospitality industry
Adaptability to contribute with highly diverse, equal, and inclusive team environment
Great command of English, both verbal and written
