Product Specialist (Cell Culture & Medium) Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the biotech and life sciences sectors, in both collaborations and sales.

Prepare and develop product concept/ marketing strategies to achieve sales targets of assigned products within the framework of business objectives (such as brand awareness, marketing activity, and digital marketing).

Organize and conduct product portfolio presentations to prospective clients (weekly/monthly).

Build and lead a marketing program that consists of experiences, sponsorship, or promotions to support products/brands, including developing promotional materials, sampling and promotions, and advertising campaigns in all types of media for all categories.

Build and maintain good relationships with KOL to get support for the brand image and awareness.

Locate new potential customers via prospecting and setting up appointments with key decision-makers.

Develop and maintain deep product knowledge so as to be able to sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients on solutions that best meet their research needs (engage with customers to understand their needs and present solutions that meet those needs).

Interact with customers to provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding cell culture media applications.

Monitor competitive product promotion and recommend specific measures and actions to counter competitive activity.

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and processes to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Biology/Pharmacy, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Product Specialist at a Stem Cell/Culture Media Company.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with researchers, internal teams, and external partners.

Fluent in both spoken and written English.

Proficient in computer literacy and technologically savvy.

Placement at the Head Office in Jakarta.
