Responsibilities
Handle customer complaints and provide information through live chat.
Prepare reports on customer complaints and follow‑up actions to resolve issues.
Qualifications
Minimum education: D3 in literature or higher.
Fresh graduate applicants welcome.
Strong communication skills in English.
English certification (TOEFL or IELTS) with a minimum level B2.
Willingness to work shift schedules.
Willingness to be based in Semarang.
Available to start as soon as possible.
