What will you be bringing to the team?

Produce comprehensive documentation of business requirements Conduct in-depth analysis of business models and operational processes Develop and refine business process models Support the preparation of Business Cases, Vision Statements, and Project Charters Participate in the Business processes modelling Contribute to technical working groups, status meetings, and user discussions Analyze functional and non-functional requirements alongside supporting business cases Provide support throughout testing phases, analysis activities, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation, and reporting Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams Engage in functional and cross-functional workshops, review sessions, and stakeholder meetings. Requirements What do you need to succeed in this position?

A Master’s degree in a relevant field and 13 years of professional experience in IT, or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 17 years of professional experience in IT Prior experience in the banking sector, with emphasis on resolution activities Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile software development process At least 2 years of experience in architecture, design, and development of information systems At least 2 years of hands-on experience with UML or CASE tools Strong background in relational databases Practical experience with web technologies Experience with Agile software development (refactoring, test-driven development, user story modelling) Experience in UX analysis Sound knowledge of large-scale administrative business processes Proficiency with modeling techniques and tools (use case diagrams, state diagrams, entity-relationship models, interaction diagrams, etc.) Good knowledge of BPMN, UML, or other with equivalent value Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs Proven ability to prepare high-quality business analysis documentation and user stories Confidence in communicating effectively with both business and technical audiences Strong capacity to give high-level presentations Excellent critical thinker, by using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions Commitment to maintaining high standards in information systems quality control Familiarity with Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket) Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment and ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings Εxcellent use of the English language (verbal & written)
