Participate in and drive the research and definition of overall HMI visual direction for intelligent driving and AI‑powered cockpits
Explore next‑generation HMI visual styles and expressions enabled by AI technologies
Collaborate closely with the China‑based design team on forward‑looking concepts, experimental design initiatives, and visual language development, gradually translating exploration into reusable design assets
Overseas Localization & Design System Development
Define visual design principles, guidelines, and methodologies for HMI localization across overseas markets, starting from Singapore
Develop multi‑language and multi‑cultural adaptation strategies based on regional user behavior, perception, and usage contexts
Customize and optimize UI, motion, and 3D visual expressions to improve usability, clarity, and emotional resonance for overseas users
End‑to‑End HMI Visual Design
Contribute across core HMI visual domains, including UI, motion design, and 3D visual elements, from concept to implementation
Balance creative exploration with engineering constraints and mass‑production feasibility
Support iterative design refinement through test vehicles and real‑world scenario validation
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Project Execution
Work closely with product, engineering, testing, and overseas stakeholders to drive multiple projects forward efficiently
Proactively identify risks and dependencies in complex projects, ensuring alignment with design goals and delivery timelines
Design Communication & Knowledge Building
Clearly articulate design concepts, rationale, and value through reviews, presentations, and cross‑team discussions
Systematically document and consolidate design practices into guidelines, frameworks, and methodologies
Share insights and best practices across teams and regions to strengthen overall design capability
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or a related field
5+ years of experience
in UI, visual, or HMI design, with solid understanding of intelligent cockpit systems or advanced technology products
Strong visual judgment and exploratory mindset, with the ability to drive design direction under uncertainty
