About the Role As a Software Developer in the Services department, you will be a part of a cross-functional team delivering innovative GIS solutions that support spatial analysis, visualization, and enterprise integration.

As Software Developer you will be responsible for key tasks such as:

Designs, develops, tests, and implements enterprise GIS and mapping solutions leveraging ESRI technologies to meet deliverables scope.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams (GIS engineers, UI/UX designers, developers, and stakeholders) to deliver user‑centric and high‑performing applications.

Monitors and optimizes system performance, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability across all solution components.

Identifies and resolves technical issues through root-cause analysis, defect fixes, and continuous improvement of existing functionalities.

Maintains development standards by participating in code reviews, managing version control, documenting processes, and adhering to SDLC and Agile practices.

Evaluates and adopts emerging technologies to enhance GIS capabilities, streamline workflows, and support long‑term platform innovation.

About You We are looking for an experienced Software Developer with strong experience in modern frontend frameworks (ReactJS with TypeScript), and backend services using Python or NET.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Geodetic/Geomatic Engineering, Geoscience Engineering or equivalent.

More than 2 years of experience in full stack development.

Experience with frontend development using ReactJS and TypeScript.

Experience with backend development using Python (FastAPI), .NET (ASP.NET CORE), or Node.js.

Experience of SQL and RDBMS such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle.

Experience of RESTful APIs, OAuth2, and JWT for secure integrations.

Have good knowledge with microservices architecture and containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipeline environments.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Good communication (English) verbally and written.
