Role Overview
You will own day-to-day marketing and content for all outlets, with a strong focus on social media, content creation, event coverage, and brand storytelling. You will also be the on-ground face of Monk’s Brew Club at events, capturing the buzz, interacting with guests, and turning moments into compelling content.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, events, and business priorities.
Monitor performance, respond to DMs/comments, and build an engaged online community.
Content Creation & Storytelling
Conceptualize and produce reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and UGC-style content that feels authentic and on-trend.
Capture candid moments, raw footage, behind-the-scenes content, vox pops, and short interviews with guests, partners and talent.
Event Presence & On-ground Marketing
Act as the face of Monk’s Brew Club at events – interact with guests, hosts, partners and creators to maintain positive PR and build relationships.
Work closely with the event programming and operations teams to ensure key moments are captured for future marketing use.
Website & Digital Assets
Ensure all digital touchpoints (Google business listings, delivery platforms, reservation platforms, etc.) are accurate and up to date.
Brand & Creative Direction
Maintain consistent tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms and outlets.
Push creative boundaries by experimenting with new formats, collaborations, and storytelling styles while staying true to the brand.
Trendspotting & Growth
Identify seasonal, cultural and community moments we can tap into to stay relevant and top-of-mind.
Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, footfall drivers, campaign performance) and share insights with leadership.
Collaboration & Coordination
Coordinate with photographers, designers, and influencers when needed, while still being hands-on with in-house content creation.Support email marketing, partnerships and collaborations where relevant.
What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of experience in marketing, social media, content creation or a similar role, ideally in F&B, lifestyle, hospitality or consumer brands.
Strong portfolio showcasing reels, short-form video, photography and social campaigns.
Comfortable being on the floor at events, talking to people, and appearing on camera when needed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Hands-on experience with social media tools, basic editing apps (for photo/video), and CMS/website updates.
Self-driven, highly organized, and able to manage multiple outlets and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
A genuine interest in coffee, food, culture and community-building will be a strong plus.
