Job Description
Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
Fluent in Japanese (Minimum JLPT N2 level) and proficient in English for business meetings.
Able to support and attend meetings with internal and external clients.
Willing to handle additional responsibilities, including HR-related tasks, when interpreting assignments are not required.
Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in a company or on-site environment.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with flexible working hours and occasional overtime.
High availability and mobility; able to commit to work schedules that may require extended hours or urgent support.
Must have experience beyond back-office interpreting; candidates with a background in marketing or operations and direct client interaction are preferred.
Contract-based employment (PKWT).
Able to join ASAP.
