Develop and execute business development strategies to grow Peachtree Networks’ presence across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage mobile operators, ISPs, and telecom ecosystem clients for services such as logistics, warehousing, repair, spare parts, and managed solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and key decision‑makers.

Drive new business opportunities and strategic partnerships using market intelligence and client insights.

Lead complex negotiations and close high-value telecom deals.

Manage and expand key accounts to maintain preferred vendor status.

Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver tailored customer solutions.

Conduct regular client meetings (virtual and in‑person) to grow revenue opportunities.

Stay updated on telecom market trends, competition, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

5–7 years’ experience in telecom B2B sales/business development with mobile operators and ISPs in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.

Strong existing network within telcos, ISPs, and telecom infrastructure companies.

Proven track record selling complex telecom services (repair, spare parts, managed services, logistics, warehousing).

Solid understanding of enterprise sales cycles and solution‑based selling.

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with strong negotiation skills.

Self‑driven and comfortable working remotely with strong time management.

Willing to travel regionally/internationally (up to 20%).

Proficient in CRM tools, sales analytics, and proposal preparation.

Experienced in cross‑functional collaboration and managing multi‑country accounts.
