Villa Manager are responsible for the overall operation and guest experience in each of our villas. You will be responsible for three or more villas, which includes every aspect of the villa function including overseeing all the staff such as butlers, housekeeping, and maintenance while interacting with our guests, making sure they have a superb holiday. Key Responsibilities Must have previous experience managing Luxury Villas Previous experience in Hotels and or Restaurants is a plus A high degree of responsibility Proficiency in English Get things done attitude Initiative and resourceful personality Natural problem solver Experience with OTA and Offline travel agency Promote cultural values among staff. Delegate responsibilities for smart and timely execution. Monitor and maintain budgetary and smart resource allocation. Handling recruitment team to search and onboard the smartest candidate for the job Impeccable appearance and presentation
