Telesales Intern : Job Description: Contact potential or existing leads to inform them about a product or service using scripts Answer questions about products or the company Ask questions to understand customer needs and requirements Enter and update customer information in the database Take and process orders in an accurate manner Generate new customers for the company as well as passing higher usage leads to Business Development team Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements: Bachelor's degree from any major (last year University students are also welcomed) Having prior experience cold calling and selling SaaS or IT products (SMEs / SMBs) and financial product is a plus but not required Prior experience selling or marketing is a plus but is not required Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation Good sales ability and ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers Have a positive, can-do attitude, extraordinary hustle, disdain for failure, and hunger/appreciation for feedback
