B2B Horeca Sales Supervisor

About the role As a B2B Horeca Sales Supervisor at PT Lautan Natural Krimerindo, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the sales activities within the hotel, restaurant and catering (HORECA) sector. This is a full-time position based in East Java & Kalimantan. In this role, you will be a key member of the sales team, driving the company's growth in the HORECA market.

What you'll be doing

Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets within the HORECA sector

Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's customer base in the HORECA market

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing HORECA clients to drive repeat business

Identify new business opportunities and pitch the company's products and services to prospective HORECA clients

Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns targeting the HORECA segment

Ensure compliance with the company's sales policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or sales management, preferably within the HORECA industry

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients

Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive sales performance

Excellent leadership and team management skills to motivate and develop a sales team

Familiarity with the HORECA industry and its trends and challenges

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing or Sales Management
