Recruitment
Doing recruitment for the business team, including job postings, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and selection.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Ensure a smooth recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and manage recruitment-related administrative tasks.
Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Manage employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Act as the point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing appropriate guidance and support.
Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
Contribute to the development and execution of HR projects, including initiatives to improve the employee experience.
Support the HR team in maintaining a positive company culture through various engagement activities.
Possess a Bachelorโs Degree in Psychology, HR, Management, or any other related fields
Prior experience and knowledge in similar industry will be advantageous
Strategic working exposure with various stakeholders internal executive management team and external stakeholders or vendors
Strong strategic and commercial thinking to translate and execute business needs into talent strategy
Highly exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Proven expertise in managing the whole recruitment cycle
Proven track record in hitting recruitment targets
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
