What You WillDo

Plan and execute social media strategy (All ONPOINT Indonesia social media platforms).

Align every content piece with ONPOINT brand guidelines.

Create & produce content for all social media platforms.

Be involved in ideation, shooting, scripting, and basic editing.

Drive growth: awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Analyze performance and optimize based on data.

Stay ahead of trends and engage with the sports community.

Requirements Sports Background

(Mandatory)

Actively involved in sports (running, tennis, padel, gym, cycling, etc.)

Deep understanding of sports culture & active lifestyle mindset.

Comfortable being around sports community & events.

Experience & Skills

1–3+ years in Social Media / Content / Digital.

Proven ability to grow engagement.

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok & short-form strategy.

Able to turn brand guidelines into impactful content.

Hands-on in production (shooting, scripting, editing).

Comfortable with editing tools (CapCut, VN, Premiere, etc.)

Analytical & Strategic Thinking

Data-driven mindset (able to analyze insights & optimize performance).

Understand key metrics: reach, engagement rate, CTR, conversion.

Able to build monthly content calendar & campaign plan.

Creative but structured

Detail-oriented

Highly responsible & deadline-driven

Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

Additional Requirements

Portfolio is required (social media accounts handled / content samples)

Willing to attend sports events & on-ground activations
