Solutions Architect -Telco

A Solution Architect Expert – Telco s a Solution Architect Expert, you will serve as a

partner solution

to our clients — bridging the gap between C-level business needs and world-class technical solutions. You'll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to design customized ICT solutions, lead Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements, and drive adoption of our Autonomous Network solutions.

Responsibilities Design customized Telco ICT architectures (Routing, Switching, SD-WAN, Cloud, Data Center, Security) aligned to client business objectives Lead technical demos, PoC/PoV workshops, and RFP/RFI responses for Managed ICT Services, Cybersecurity (SOC, SASE, Zero Trust), and Satellite Connectivity (LEO/VSAT) Bridge C-level client discussions with in-house product and technology teams to drive win rate and accelerate the sales cycle Develop sales collateral including whitepapers, architecture diagrams, and ROI/TCO calculators Build business cases and financial models to support managed services proposals and justify solution investments

Qualifications Minimum 5 years as Solution Architect, Network Architect, or equivalent in ICT/Telco; min. 2 years in presales or sales engineering Deep knowledge of network architecture (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SD-WAN), cybersecurity (SOC, SIEM, endpoint, SASE), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and satellite connectivity Professional certifications preferred: JNCIP/JNCIE, CCNP/CCIE, Fortinet NSE, ITIL v.4, TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect, or CISSP S1 in Informatics, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and Master's in Business Administration is a Plus.
