Sales Engineer (HVAC) Position at

Responsibilities

Identify potential clients or new business opportunities to promote, sell, and market industrial chiller/refrigeration laboratory equipment.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through innovative sales strategies.

Leverage strong customer connections to strengthen new and existing relationships, increase sales revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, exhibitions, and other related events.

Conduct product presentations and negotiate competitive terms and pricing with customers.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years in refrigeration industry business or HVAC-related business.

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in HVAC engineering, industrial engineering, or mechanical engineering.

Good understanding of industrial chiller/refrigeration equipment.

Good understanding of HVAC systems.

Experience handling customers from mining, paints, or other relevant industries.

Good presentation skills and negotiation skills with strong sales and marketing strategy.

Owns a personal vehicle.

Willing to travel for business within Indonesia.
