General Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, law, Human Resources management or another related subject (1), hospitality background (1,2,3) At least 3 years experience in the same position at budget hotel Maximum 40 years old Have a pleasant personality, humble, have great multi-tasking skill Good attention to detail Familiar with HRIS (1) Familiar with VHP (2,3,4) Have a good communication and analytical skill Have a good leadership skill (1,2) For Indonesian only
