General Qualification Male Minimum 3 years of experience working in a restaurant Strong kitchen management skills, including: Inventory & stock control Food cost & waste management Menu planning & plating presentation In-depth knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP) Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate. the kitchen team Disciplined, creative, quality-oriented, and able to perform well in a fast-paced restaurant environment Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
