Qualifications Proven experience in sales management within the luxury hospitality industry, preferably at a resort or five-star hotel Strong network and understanding of high-end travel markets, including leisure, corporate, and travel trade segments Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue and market share growth Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to interpret sales data and market trends Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field A passion for luxury hospitality and a deep understanding of luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
