S/4HANA Data & Analytics Functional Lead (Freelance | 2-Year Program | 100% Remote)

We are supporting a large-scale, global S/4HANA transformation within a

leading international consumer goods organization

and are looking for a senior Data & Analytics Functional Lead to own D&A impact and migration activities within the program.

This is not a BI development role. We are looking for a senior professional who

understands how S/4HANA reshapes enterprise data models, reporting logic and downstream analytics platforms

- and who can actively lead that transition within the business function.

Your mandate Assess how S/4HANA process and data model changes impact the existing D&A landscape Lead impact analysis across data models, reporting logic and data flows Define and align the migration approach with the overall D&A strategy Ensure data lineage traceability from S/4 through BW / BigQuery into reporting environments Design the target-state D&A setup with senior business stakeholders Act as the bridge between functional leadership and technical delivery teams

What we are looking for 10+ years in SAP-driven enterprise environments Involvement in at least one major S/4HANA implementation or conversion Experience leading D&A impact assessments or data model redesign during ERP transformations Strong understanding of end-to-end processes (Finance, Supply Chain, O2C, P2P or similar) Exposure to SAP BW and/or cloud DWH platforms such as BigQuery Experience in complex international programs Confident senior stakeholder communication Fluent English
