Cataloger / Document Control

Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and update product data for the company’s catalog

Ensure accuracy and completeness of product information, including technical specifications, descriptions, and item codes

Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams for product data validation

Review and maintain consistency across digital and printed catalogs

Monitor and revise catalog content based on new product developments

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with product database systems

Familiar with ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is highly preferred

Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Experience as a cataloger or in product administration isanadvantage
