Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced professional to play a strategic role in leading and delivering our construction projects. This position will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle — from permitting, planning, coordination, construction management, supervision, to ensuring full legal compliance of project execution. If you are a strong leader with solid construction knowledge and the ability to manage complex projects, we invite you to join our growing team. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Project Management (construction industry preferred). Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Experience working with Chinese PMA (Foreign Direct Investment companies) is a strong advantage. Solid understanding of construction processes, regulations, and project execution. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or other relevant fields. Willing to travel for business purposes. Willing to be placed in Central Cikarang. Central Cikarang, South Jakarta, Jakarta, ID
