About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Logistics Manager
to lead and optimize our end-to-end logistics operations. In this role, you will play a strategic role in ensuring efficient supply chain processes, vendor management, and inventory control to support both existing and new products.
You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to enhance operational efficiency, streamline logistics workflows, and drive cost optimization. If you have a strong background in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management, wed love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Logistics Management: Oversee and optimize inbound and outbound logistics to ensure cost-effective and timely shipments.
Vendor & Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with logistics vendors, ensuring high service quality and contract compliance.
Inventory & Supply Chain Optimization: Develop strategies to improve inventory management, minimize shortages, and optimize warehouse operations.
Quality Assurance & Compliance: Implement quality control measures to ensure product standards are met, including return and replacement processes.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in logistics operations and lead initiatives to improve workflows, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
Data & Reporting: Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, finance, and operations teams to align logistics strategy with company objectives.
Risk Management: Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory control, shipping, and vendor management.
Experience in cost optimization and contract negotiations with logistics vendors.
Ability to lead and drive operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with logistics software, ERP systems, or inventory tracking tools.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in fintech, payments, or device logistics.
Background in startup or high-growth environments with scaling operations.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in logistics and supply chain.
