Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Designer specializing in menswear, located in Bandung. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for designing and developing menswear collections, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and market trends. Day-to-day tasks include creating design sketches, selecting fabrics and textiles, incorporating embroidery elements, and overseeing fittings to ensure optimal garment construction. Collaboration with pattern makers, tailors, and other teams will be an essential part of the role to maintain design quality and timeliness.

Qualifications Proficiency in Fashion Design and a strong portfolio showcasing menswear designs Experience with Textiles and Embroidery techniques Understanding of Fitting processes and garment construction Knowledge of current fashion trends and ability to adapt to evolving styles Strong collaboration, attention to detail, and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred Experience in menswear fashion is an advantage
