Bachelor's degree (S1)

in a relevant field. Minimum 5 years

of experience as a Product Specialist/Product Manager in the medical device industry, particularly equipment and disposable products. Strong English proficiency , both written and spoken. Ability to work under pressure with high motivation and commitment. Willingness to learn new things, broad‑minded, and responsible. Proven ability

to develop and implement product development strategies. Capable of conducting market research and analyzing market trends. Willing to travel out of town as required. Responsibilities

Analyze product marketing performance and develop strategies to increase sales. Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of company products and competitors’ products. Responsible for training and development of the sales team and business partners. Plan, coordinate, and manage promotional events and scientific activities. Build and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs). Location: Jakarta, Indonesia.
