Maja Healing is a holistic healing wellness space, bringing together skilled, grounded, professional healers and therapists specializing in mind, body, and energy. Our dedicated therapists combine expertise in mind, body, and energy therapies to provide tailored healing experiences.
We are looking for a client-focused, proactive team member to be our main Customer Relationship & Front Desk support, with admin tasks as a secondary role.
Main Role – Client Experience
• First point of contact for clients (WhatsApp, email & phone)
• Manage online & in-person client communication
• Welcome and assist walk-in clients (reception-style role)
• Support client & therapist bookings (Acuity)
• Build and maintain positive client relationships
Support Role – Admin & Operations
• Track bookings, payments & consignment products
• Assist with office admin, purchases & vendor coordination
• Support therapists, meetings & external events
• Assist with expense tracking & petty cash
Requirements
• Based in Bali
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia (spoken & written)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or client relationship roles
• Comfortable handling confidential client information with discretion
• Open to learning booking systems & new apps
• Enjoys a focused, fast-paced environment
• Independent, proactive & works well in a team
