Ocean Freight Process Excellence Specialist

Job Purpose Support adoption of the global OFR standard process and solution landscape within the country/station. Act as subject matter expert for stations on assigned topics, supporting their improvement journey.

Key Responsibilities

Support country adoption of global processes and solutions for assigned topics, focusing on achieving operational excellence in line with global standard.

Support country performance improvement with regards to OFR operational KPIs and customer feedback.

Ensure effective communication with regards to assigned topics on country and station level, collaborate with relevant stakeholders to obtain feedback and gain support.

Contribute to the development of the global standard for assigned topics by analyzing existing situation for assigned topics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, issues affecting the customer experience, risks and opportunities for improvement.

Collecting requirements / best practices / feedback from the station with regards to assigned topics and providing those to the regional process excellence teams.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/qualification

Experience Level

At minimum 3 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding
