Category Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities
Drive category development through new product development innovation for Beauty & Personal Care Categories.
Gather consumer and market insight from both local and international markets and come up with strong product innovation ideas to develop brand/category.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to build product concept and test for product-market fit.
Manage the project network management to ensure OTIF launches.
Build 8Q Innovation roadmap for Beauty and Personal Care brands.
Winning product concepts according to internal testing standard.
NSV generated from overall innovation portfolio.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, in any field – preferably from Business or Marketing related majors.
Past working experience in new product development in Beauty and/or Personal Care Categories with proven track record of effectively landing winning product in market.
Well versed consumer insight mining, product test mechanism, and market analysis.
Excellent project management skill, teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
Driven and assertive; highly motivated to make things happen.
