Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 year(s) of experience as Front Office Manager role in the hospitality industry.
Being passionately committed to consistently delivering exceptional service to guest.
Must have excellent organizational, presentation, and administrative skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels and with stakeholders.
Tech-savvy, comfortable with new software and digital tools.
Young and passionate individual with strong leadership skill.
