Develop and deliver partnership plans and budgets to support sales, aiming for profitable and sustainable insurance premiums. Implement business development & partnership initiatives, including planning, opportunity identification, market research, strategy development, and ensuring target achievement. Analyze and coordinate resources, including budgeting and team supervision, to support planning and execution. Promote company products to improve customer interaction and service quality. Support the implementation of financial literacy programs. Propose, execute, and monitor marketing media channels. Coordinate and support the preparation of periodic marketing reports for timely and accurate presentation. Create a productive working environment and uphold Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 5-7 years of experience in business development or partnerships within the insurance industry. Experience in building relationships with digital partners, insurance agents, brokers, financing institutions, and banks. Ability to manage budgeting and control processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English. Knowledge of business processes, policies, and procedures. Understanding of the insurance market, SeaInsure products, and services. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Good interpersonal skills. Proficiency in working with numbers and MS Office.
