Senior Progress OpenEdge (4GL) Developer - Remote

We are looking for an experienced Progress OpenEdge (4GL) Developer to support and enhance enterprise applications across multiple business domains, including Finance, Sales, and Aftersales.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Progress OpenEdge (4GL) Build and enhance applications using CHUI and GUI (WebClient / AppServer) Support business systems across Finance, Sales, Aftersales, and related functions Develop and integrate web services (REST / SOAP) where required Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver stable, scalable solutions Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing systems

Key Requirements

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Progress OpenEdge / 4GL Strong experience in CHUI and GUI programming (WebClient / AppServer) Solid backend development experience for enterprise systems Exposure to REST or SOAP web services is an advantage Experience in motor dealership or automotive systems is a strong plus Ability to work independently in a remote, regional setup
