Aesthetics & Wellness Manager

Oversee and manage all daily clinic operations, including scheduling, inventory, facility maintenance, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Sales & Business Development Develop and execute sales strategies, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment focused on providing exceptional customer service.

Customer Experience Ensure a high-quality patient journey from consultation to post-treatment follow-up, and handle all client inquiries and feedback professionally.

Manage the clinic’s budget, analyze financial performance, and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience as a Clinic Manager, Operations Manager, or a similar leadership role within the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry, with minimum 3 years experiences.

Have Bachelor Degree from Business Management or any related major.

A strong track record of success in driving sales and achieving business growth.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Solid understanding of clinic operations, industry trends, and marketing principles.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Required Skill(s): project management, computer, communication, negotiation, team work & adapt to change.
