Product Specialist (AI)

Product Specialist focusing on AI Products development; you will be responsible for managing the development and execution of AI products, focusing on LLM and Robocall initiatives. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful implementation, from planning to post-launch evaluation.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the full product lifecycle of AI solutions. Develop clear and structured Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). Conduct Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) and Post-Implementation Analysis (PIA). Collaborate with engineering, AI developers, and business teams to align product goals. Stay updated with AI trends and apply them to product development. Communicate AI product features and benefits to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Provide training and support to internal users and external clients.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in AI product development. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications. Experience in drafting PRDs, performing CBA, and conducting PIA. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to explain AI concepts in both technical and business contexts. Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, and system/API integration is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields. Additional certifications in AI, Product Management, or Data Analytics are preferred.
