Coordinate daily logistics activities, including shipping, storage, and cargo distribution. Oversee warehouse operations such as receiving, storing, sorting, and picking processes. Monitor and analyze operational performance to improve efficiency, optimize costs, and enhance service quality. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including Customs and external vendors. Manage and prepare reports related to operational expenses. General Responsibilities

Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in EMKL, freight forwarding, or logistics operations. PPJK certification is an advantage. Strong expertise in export, import, domestic shipment, and project logistics. Solid understanding of customs clearance procedures and field operations. Strong coordination skills for effective communication with customers and vendors. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related office tools. Good understanding of QHSE and MK3L principles.
