Electrical Supervisor

Responsibility

Oversee and manage the electrical team’s construction, installation and testing activities.

Ensure all electrical work meets quality and safety standards.

Plan, schedule and oversee construction activities, pre‑commissioning, commissioning and close‑out of the electrical punch list.

Coordinate with the QC team or engineering to provide quality inspection and checklists.

Plan and schedule troubleshooting activities during pre‑commissioning and commissioning with the engineering team.

Provide training and guidance to the electrical team.

Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly reports on the status of electrical projects.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, other departments and third‑party stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with relevant HSE policies, procedures, controls, applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines, following international standards and the company’s Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 7 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects as an electrical supervisor with deep understanding of electrical systems and complex installations.

Experience in project management, including planning, coordinating, reporting and overseeing electrical projects.

Proven technical knowledge of electrical systems, including installation, maintenance and repair.

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

Experience with inspection activities for quality control, site acceptance testing, testing and commissioning.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Contract Information Willing to work on a 1‑year contract basis; position will be based at the project site office.
