Supervisor MEP

As a Supervisor MEP, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) operations for PT Bintai Kindenko Engineering Indonesia, a leading engineering firm based in Jakarta. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of MEP projects, while also contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you’ll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the work of MEP technicians, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and work procedures to optimize workflow and resource utilization

Monitor and report on project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed

Liaise with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure project requirements are met

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations

Provide technical guidance and support to the MEP team, mentoring and developing their skills as needed

Collaborate with the project management team to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies

What we’re looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the MEP industry, preferably in the engineering and construction sector

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of MEP systems, including design, installation, and maintenance

Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation

Familiarity with relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations and the ability to ensure compliance

Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
