WHAT YOU’LL DO Directly supervise a group of medical sales representatives and deliver sales results for the entire geography.

Lead district team to meet or exceed established sales forecasts and call execution goals.

Work with individual sales reps to set appropriate and challenging goals for each territory.

Proactively anticipate and address obstacles that may impede results.

Assess individual and team progress toward goals and coach to improve.

Develop sales reps to enhance skills and advance to higher career levels (including future District Manager).

Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals and distribution of samples.

ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE

Education background: minimum of a bachelor’s degree.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities, financial management, written and oral communication skills.

Data management and relevant computer skills.

Analytical and strategic thinking.

Good strategic business knowledge & insight.

Good project management.

Willing to be located in any city in Indonesia.

Good English speaking and written skills.
