We are seeking a Product Specialist to drive end-to-end 360° marketing, covering brand strategy, digital campaigns, and on-ground activations to strengthen our presence in the FMCG and beauty industry. In this role, you’ll help expand our market reach, lead creative campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to bring our brand to life across channels. Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for each product line, including efficient management of promotional budgets. Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels—both digital and offline—by creating strong and aligned communication materials. Initiate creative campaigns to boost brand exposure, attract consumer interest, and drive sales growth. Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends and consumer behavior, then turn insights into actionable strategies. Lead and coordinate various marketing activities—from events and promotions to collaborations—ensuring alignment and measurable impact. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or related fields. 2–3 years of experience in Brand Management, marketing, or a similar role. Background in FMCG or beauty industry is highly preferred. Strong understanding of brand strategy and marketing principles. Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Creative thinker with strong communication skills and a good eye for market trends. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and dynamic targets. Open to working full-time from our office in Kedoya, West Jakarta (WFO).
