Scrum Master

Requirements: Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field. Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role (junior to mid level) Experience working in the financial or banking industry is preferred. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and principles. Good communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. Able to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Willing to work from office (WFO). Nice to Have: Scrum Master or Agile certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). Experience working with development teams (IT background is a plus).
