Pulau Macan Eco Lodge is a pristine and sustainable island retreat nestled in the northern part of the Thousand Islands, Jakarta Indonesia. It takes only 90 minutes by speed boat from Marina Ancol in North Jakarta. The area of the Island is around 1 ha and can accomodate up to 50 guest with total of 12 bungalows and over the water villas with stunning views of the sea. The lodge is renowned for its commitment to environmental conservation and responsible tourism. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Guest Satisfaction Specialist position to ensure that our guests have a memorable and exceptional experience during their stay at our eco resort. The primary focus of this role is to monitor, assess, and improve guest satisfaction, maintaining the highest standards of service, safety and hospitality. The Resort Guest Satisfaction Specialist will be a critical link between our guests and the resort management team, working to enhance guest experiences and overall satisfaction. Requirement At least a vocational high school or diploma degree in hospitality and tourism A min 3 years of working experience in related field. Speak and write English fluently. Guest oriented people and excellent services capabilities. Great personality, spirit and attitude. Pleasant to get along, and able to work as a team. Have a basic understanding of hotel management best practices.
