Responsibilities

Manage and build strong relationships with licensed crypto exchange (CEX) partners.

Negotiate and execute IDR/USDT trades to secure competitive FX rates across platforms.

Coordinate trade approvals and settlements with internal Product Ops teams.

Monitor market rates and liquidity to support treasury planning and pricing decisions.

Support onboarding of new partners and merchants, ensuring smooth and compliant go-lives.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in BD, payments, FX, crypto, or fintech sectors.

Skilled in partner/vendor negotiation and trade execution.

Familiar with crypto trading platforms (mobile & desktop) and rate discovery.

Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English; able to manage multiple stakeholders.

Based in Jakarta, open to on‑site work (WFO) and after hours for live trading windows support.
