Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources for deep analysis Analyze transaction data, user activity, and other related data to detect fraud and anomalies/irregularities Coordinate with Operations, Risk, and Security teams to respond to fraud cases/incidents Produce regular reports on fraud trends, case resolutions, and risk mitigation efforts Deliver data-driven insights to proactively identify and mitigate potential business/operational risks and fraud Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Criminology, or related field Minimum 2 years of working experience in data analytics and insights generation Proficient and experience in data query & analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Looker) and advanced analytics language (e.g. Python, R) Experience in fraud detection, risk analysis, compliance, or similar field Strong analytical skills, high attention to details, and high standard of integrity & ethics Ability to make quick, data-informed insights and decisions Prior experience in logistic industry is an advantage Seniority level
