In this role you will be a key driver of student recruitment across Indonesia, Singapore and the Philippines. You will work closely with educational agent partners, students, families and colleagues across our UK, US and Australian portfolios to bring opportunities to life. Your purpose will be clear and meaningful: to guide students from their first enquiry through to enrolment, helping them confidently take the next step in their education journey.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with educational agents, students, families and university partners.

Shape and deliver a business plan that supports ambitious recruitment goals across Indonesia, Singapore and the Philippines.

Provide training, share updates and empower agents to represent university partners with confidence.

Offer guidance and reassurance to students and parents through counseling sessions, events and conversion activities, supporting them from enquiry to offer and from offer to enrolment.

Collaborate with internal teams and partner universities to ensure every student experience is smooth, supportive and centered around their needs.

Help bring marketing campaigns to life across Indonesia, supporting the planning and delivery of exhibitions, training sessions, conferences and digital activity.

Shape content, review materials and help ensure messaging speaks authentically to students and partners across social media, newsletters and event promotion.

Work closely with central admissions teams to maintain high standards of service, ensuring applications are handled with care, pace and professionalism.

Act as the trusted local point of contact for university partners operating in the Indonesia market.

Work Environment & Travel This is a role for someone who enjoys working across cultures, is comfortable with travel and thrives in a fast‑moving, people‑focused environment. While based in Greater Jakarta, the position involves regular domestic and international travel, occasional evenings or weekends to support events and partners, and may require work from other INTO or partner locations as the role requires.

Qualifications & Preferences Seeking a candidate who is adept at cross‑cultural communication, enjoys building partnerships, and has experience in student recruitment or a related field. A proactive, results‑driven mindset and strong organisational skills are essential.
