Internal ESG Engagement Officer

Job Description : Coordinate and collaborate with all relevant work units and subsidiaries regarding ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Disclosures/Reporting (e.g. Sustainability Report) according to ESG best practices/global standards and through assessment by independent assurers. Act as a control tower in monitoring company-wide ESG performance, ensuring that the company can maintain/improve its ESG rating. Conduct socializations or awareness sessions for all units and subsidiaries to increase ESG Awareness. Ensure readiness of ESG publications (posters, magazines, etc.) for internal company needs.

Requirement Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering/Science/Management, Accounting, Economics, Management, Communication, or other relevant fields of study. A master's degree (S2) will be a plus. Have a minimum of 4 years of professional work experience in the field of ESG/Sustainability, preferably in the banking industry. Strong understanding of ESG Disclosures and Reporting (GRI, TCFD/IFRS S1 & S2, SASB, TNFD). Experience in business consulting regarding ESG will be a plus. Able to work well and collaborate with other people, showing excellent stakeholder management skills. Ability to work efficiently and in a timely manner, while ensuring high quality of execution. Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
