Engineering & Maintenance

Oversee the maintenance of production equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure.

Ensure all machines and equipment are functioning properly and minimize machine downtime.

Manage and secure availability of essential spare parts to support maintenance activities.

Collaborate closely with the HSE team to uphold workplace safety standards.

Manage the workload and daily activities of maintenance technicians (future team expansion).

Review and evaluate the work quality of maintenance technicians and contractors.

Establish and follow up on corrective actions or improvement requirements identified during inspections.

Supervise installation, commissioning, and procurement processes for new machinery.

Ensure safe production standards are met, including emergency preparedness.

Oversee the maintenance of mechanical equipment, building systems, and electrical infrastructure in accordance with company standards.

Job Qualifications Minimum education

Associate’s Degree / Bachelor’s Degree

in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

At least

2–3 years

of experience in Maintenance, Engineering, or similar roles (preferably in manufacturing).

Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance processes.

Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for production machinery and electrical systems.

Experience managing spare parts inventory, maintenance scheduling, and maintenance documentation.

Good knowledge of HSE standards and safety compliance in production environments.

Ability to read mechanical drawings and/or electrical diagrams is an advantage.

Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Proactive, strong problem-solving skills, and able to work under pressure.
