General Requirements A least 2 years of experience in a similar position (1.2) High school diploma or equivalent: further education in Hospitality or a related field is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using computer systems and property management software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Positive attitude and a team player mentality. Professional appearance and demeanor. Have a driving licence (SIM A) (1,2) Physically fit and able to lift heavy items (4) Knowledge of different plants and their care requirements (4) Minimum 6 months experience as a trainee in a relevant position, or equivalent experience (3.4)
