Education Consultant

About The Role As an Education Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for parents who are interested in our Coding & Robotics programs. Your role is to understand each child’s needs, recommend the right program, and guide families through their enrollment journey. This role directly impacts branch growth, student enrollment, and our mission to make technology education fun and accessible for children.

Key Responsibilities Manage and follow up incoming leads (walk-ins, WhatsApp, events, digital campaigns, referrals) Conduct consultations with parents to understand their child’s learning needs Present programs clearly and persuasively Schedule and coordinate trial classes with the academic team Achieve monthly trial and enrollment targets Maintain accurate data records and reports Collaborate with Marketing, SPA, and Instructors to ensure excellent customer experience

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (education industry preferred) Proven track record in achieving sales targets Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English Confident in presentations and consultative selling Good understanding of sales strategies & closing techniques Data-oriented and comfortable using CRM systems Energetic, proactive, and target-driven Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Creative in developing promotional approaches
