This position is responsible for assuring quality standards are met consistently to enforce best industry practices in processes and systems; to meet company and customer expectations. Assist regional Field Services team in packaging development, addressing quality-related issues or complaints, and problem-solving. Responsible for handling supplier quality management and project management. Duties

Establish professional and effective working relationships with regional suppliers. Follow through Trillora production partner qualifications and COA processes. Problem-solving to meet delivery requirements. Work closely with customers in various industries wherever Trillora is doing business within the packaging area. Arrange field visits to ensure customers’ needs are met. Assist in sample checking and communicate feedback to suppliers. Involvement with cross-functional implementation. First-Article sampling, generating production, quality standard documentation, review graphics, and structure files. Provide on-site technical support to suppliers and checks manufacturing output. Establish close working relationships with Trillora QA team and strategic suppliers. Ensure quality and accurate production and samples meet customer requirements. Provide reports on activities relating to packaging. Proactively prevent customer claims. Follow up with received claims to propose solutions and alternatives, and work with Trillora management and the technical service team to resolve claim issues. Develop and apply knowledge of package manufacturing processes, including corrugated, folding carton, and flexible packaging. Apply practical knowledge of structural and graphic production processes to support customer needs. Develop and apply skills in paper material and finish product testing & reporting. Assist Trillora sourcing team on supplier qualification processes and factory audits as requested by the brand when needed. Perform other related duties as required or assigned. Personal qualities

Education/level: Bachelor’s degree with 05 years’ equivalent work experience. Experience (professional/industry): Customer service experience plus Experience in sales or purchasing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and strong Excel skills Good command of both spoken and written English and local language Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Seniority level
